URAYASU, Chiba Prefecture--Both parks at Tokyo Disney Resort are offering a variety of holiday-related events and decorations to get parkgoers in the Christmas spirit.
The two parks are steeped in holiday cheer with festive decorations that include a 15-meter-tall Christmas tree featuring a special logo celebrating the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disneyland.
The holiday events will run until Dec. 25.
Tokyo Disneyland hosts the 45-minute Disney Christmas Stories parade once a day, during which Mickey Mouse and other characters ride on seven floats that each tell a different Christmas story.
The floats stop during the parade to showcase a crowd-pleasing dance routine that was put on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, Tokyo DisneySea has a Disney Christmas Greeting water show to help bring Christmas cheer to guests.
Santa Claus and popular Disney characters appear on ships in the Mediterranean Harbor and greet guests with Christmas music.
