NINOMIYA, Kanagawa Prefecture--Field mustard flowers are in full bloom here, offering a picturesque setting on a cold and bright winter day.
Visitors enjoyed taking photos of the bright yellow field against the backdrop of a clear blue sky and a snow-capped Mount Fuji on Jan. 9.
At 136 meters above sea level, Azumayama Park offers about 60,000 field mustard flowers as a colorful treat for the eyes.
The blossoms arrived earlier this year, but tourists can enjoy the view until mid-February, according to a local tourism association.
