Main characters from the popular animated TV series “Demon Slayer” and “Jujutsu Kaisen” will be featured on New Year’s postcards for 2022 by Japan Post Co., the company said on Oct. 25.

Japan Post will also sell 84-yen (74 cents) stamps themed on Tanjiro Kamado, Kyojuro Rengoku and other popular characters from the "Demon Slayer" series, which is based on Koyoharu Gotoge’s manga of the same name.

One sheet contains 15 sticker-type stamps and will be offered at 1,260 yen each. The company will start selling 2 million sheets from Dec. 6 at post offices across Japan and its online shopping website.

Japan Post will offer four New Year’s postcard designs each for “Demon Slayer” and “Jujutsu Kaisen,” which is based on Gege Akutami’s manga of the same title. Two of them will feature the animated film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0.”

One set, which includes three cards of the same design, costs 660 yen. The company plans to sell the postcards at post offices from Dec. 1 to Jan. 7 and will also accept orders for them at its online shopping website from Nov. 1 to Dec. 26.
