"360-Degrees Lives" is a series of semispherical, 360-degree panoramic videos taken with a small camera. The shots provide a wide-ranging look at the lives of animals and insects cared for at zoos and other facilities. Users can view images taken from rare angles of prairie dog pups approaching the camera buried in the ground as well as beetles skillfully walk on top of the lenses.

Ducklings so cute and cuddly that you want to take them home

Cute ducklings were within arm's reach at the Shiina Hatchery Co. facility in Yokoshibahikari, Chiba Prefecture, and definitely cuddable.

The hatchery raises grimaud ducks, a species modified from the birds used to prepare Peking duck.

But ducklings shortly after they are born are soft, warm and cuddly as they cry while visitors try to touch them.
