“Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Heroes,” a new Ultraman superhero series, has been streaming worldwide on the official YouTube channel since Sept. 29.
A new episode is added every Sunday.
It is the Ultraman franchise’s first attempt in its 50-plus-year history to release a new title on the Internet.
The latest series brings together Ultraman Zero, who is highly popular at home and abroad, and all Ultra heroes from the “New Generation Heroes” series that started in 2013.
The 13-episode series sees the Ultra heroes fight against mysterious Dark Ultramen. In addition, Ultraman Ribut, a new hero from Malaysia, one of the countries where the Ultraman series is popular, will appear in a live-action show for the first time.
The story picks up from the end of “Ultraman R/B The Movie: Select! The Crystal of Bond” and follows events that occurred until the start of the “Ultraman Taiga” show, which is currently airing on TV Tokyo and its affiliates.
It reveals the reason behind the New Generation Heroes’ fight against the evil Ultraman Tregear.
