The second official Evangelion Store in Tokyo awaits fans of the anime in the capital’s Shinjuku district.
The Evangelion Store Shinjuku is housed in the Shinjuku Marui Annex department store, which has close ties with the anime franchise.
The commercial complex has hosted many anime events, including official Evangelion-themed ones.
The complex is also home to the Shinjuku Wald 9 multiplex, the site of the world premiere in 2012 of “Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo,” the third installment in the reboot film series.
The first official Evangelion shop in Tokyo, the Evangelion Store Tokyo-01, is located in the Ikebukuro district.
The fourth and final installment in the reboot film series, “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0,” will hit cinemas on June 27.
