Spectators coming to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics will be able to know the event and venue with a simple glance at their tickets.
The tickets, unveiled by the organizing committee on Jan. 15, come in red, blue, green and purple colors and bear a pictograph for each event and illustration of its venue.
Excluding tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies to the two Games, there are 59 designs for tickets to the Olympics and 25 designs for the Paralympics.
The same day, applications for tickets to the Paralympics in a secondary drawing began on the internet. At an event held in Tokyo, Monika Seryu, a canoeist who competed in the Rio 2016 Paralympics, showed off the design of the tickets, with comedian Ryota Yamasato.
Applications will be accepted through Jan. 29. The winners will be announced on Feb. 18.
