According to the Tobe station of Kanagawa prefectural police, the 17-year-old girl fell from the 12th-floor rooftop of a shopping building that is directly connected to JR Yokohama Station. The girl, who was living in Kimitsu, Chiba Prefecture, was in her third year of high school.
Chikako Chiba, 32, a corporate employee who resided in Yokohama's Midori Ward, was walking along the street in front of the shopping building with two friends.
