SAGAMIHARA--Visitors can “touch the stars” at the Sagamiko Illumillion show here that features around 6 million light bulbs of various colors as well as a sparkling drone.

The event is currently running at the Sagamiko Resort Pleasure Forest amusement park in the Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Visitors can take a chairlift over a slope lit in rainbow colors. Another area shows an ocean and a flower field recreated with lights.

The drone, a new feature for the event, makes various movements as it flies over the venue.

In addition, an interactive attraction called “Fantasy Walk” features displays modeled after a galaxy, the Earth and other objects. They glow when visitors put balls symbolizing “pieces of a star” on touch points.

The light show continues until April 5. The venue is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Admission is 1,000 yen ($9.20) for junior high school students or older and 700 yen for children aged 3 or older, including elementary school pupils.
